School Tours:
School tours are also available by prior appointment. Teachers admissions are complimentary as part of the tour.
Cost for school tours are as follows:
Pre-school - Fifth grade    $3.00 per student
Sixth grade -  High School$5.00 per student
Teachers are complimentary:  1 free per 25 students. 
Additional chaperones are $8.00 per person.

   Children (6-12) - $3.00
Children Under 6 - Free
Guided Group Tours:

Guided tours of the garden must be arranged in advance of your arrival.   We offer either a Botanical Garden Tour or
an Agricultural Tour of our Christmas tree and Coffee Farm.

You may call to schedule your tour, or you may download our Information Sheet and Tour Reservation Form below and submit the form to our office via mail.  Simply click the icons below to download these forms.   Please call with any questions or concerns that you may have.

There is a $45 tour guide fee plus admission.
For groups of 1-12, the admission is $10.00 per person
For groups of 13 or more, the admission is $8.00 per person
Self-Guided Tours:

Kula Botanical Garden is open to the public seven days a week from 9am to 4pm. Most of our visitors choose to explore the garden at their own pace to enjoy the peace and tranquility that the garden offers. A self-guided tour on mostly paved paths meanders through eight acres of garden. Maps are available at the gift shop to help guide your walk. Plants are labeled along the way.
The property is located at 3,300 feet elevation on the slopes of Haleakala.  We recommend that you allow 45 minutes or longer to enjoy the tropical and semi-tropical plants. The garden is designed to display the plants in a natural setting  with many resting areas located along the paths. We also have picnic tables and chairs should you chose to enjoy a packed-lunch with us on the lanai before or after your walk.
